Although the Decius Law Firm was founded in 2012, our principal attorney, Scott A. Decius, has been a practicing attorney since 1997. The Firm has represented a wide range of companies. Scott A. Decius has been a licensed attorney in the State of Michigan since 1997, Colorado since 2009, and Illinois since 2013.

  • Prior to his legal career, Mr. Decius worked in the trades, giving him firsthand insight into the construction industry.
